Inventory: Approved products may be replenished or rotated throughout the season
No attendance required. Our team manages the retail experience, merchandising, customer transactions and day-to-day selling throughout the season.
What's Included
Your seasonal participation includes professional merchandising and retail presentation, sales handled by our team, inventory and sales tracking, inclusion in our online Maker Directory, and consideration for placement throughout the Everything Christmas Co. 2026 Holiday Collection.
Products may also be organically featured through Everything Christmas Co. social media, website content, gift guides and seasonal marketing.
Curated Throughout the Season
Everything Christmas Co. is designed as a curated Christmas boutique — not a traditional vendor market.
Product selection, quantities, placement and rotation will be thoughtfully managed throughout the season to keep the collection fresh, cohesive and engaging.
Participation does not guarantee that every approved product will be displayed at every location or for the entire season. As additional locations and opportunities are confirmed, selected products may be considered for expanded placement.
Where You'll Find Us
The 2026 Holiday Collection is being created to reach shoppers throughout Calgary, Okotoks and the Foothills through a thoughtfully selected mix of seasonal shops, markets, pop-ups and partner locations.
Our first planned locations include the Everything Christmas Co. Holiday Boutique in Okotoks, alongside Calgary Ultimate Santa, and our Calgary Winter Market location, with additional markets, pop-ups and special destinations being explored for the 2026 holiday season.
As new locations are confirmed, selected products may be featured across additional Everything Christmas Co. locations and events — creating even more opportunities for our makers to be discovered throughout the season.
More locations will be announced as they're confirmed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for beautiful, giftable products that feel at home in a thoughtfully curated Christmas boutique — from ornaments, décor and candles to ceramics, art, stationery, textiles, gourmet gifts, children's Christmas products, hostess gifts, stocking stuffers and unique holiday finds.
Canadian-made products are especially encouraged.
Our collection is intentionally curated. Acceptance into the collective does not mean a maker's entire product line will be carried, and not every application will be selected.
We're looking for pieces that complement one another and help us create an exceptional Christmas shopping experience.
More Than a Holiday Market
Everything Christmas Co. is being built as more than a seasonal pop-up.
Our vision is to create a destination for discovering beautiful Christmas products and the Canadian makers behind them — during the holidays and throughout the year.
Participating makers will also have the opportunity to purchase optional website, social media and promotional features designed to introduce their brands to the Everything Christmas Co. community beyond the retail season.
Have a Small-Batch or Limited Collection?
Not every incredible maker produces at the same scale — and some of the most special things are made in small batches.
A limited number of commission-based placements may be available for emerging makers, small-batch collections, specialty products and limited releases that are an exceptional fit for Everything Christmas Co.
These opportunities are offered on a 70% Maker / 30% Everything Christmas Co. commission basis, with no seasonal participation fee, and are offered at our discretion.
